Only an AOC certified Company can ask for a Permit. The Permit is issued by the Chilean Aviation Authority DGAC (Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil). The Permit must be requested at least eight business days before the shoot.

In order for an AOC company to get the permit, both the Drone and the Pilot must be registered under that company. Although the Pilot can be registered by more than one company, the Drones can only be registered by one company at the same time.
